How does the learning platform AI chat work?

AI Chat serves as your intelligent aide designed to simplify discovering and curating content that aligns with your unique learning goals. You begin by posing a question related to the content you seek. The AI may prompt you for extra information, such as your specific industry. It does this to refine its recommendations further, providing you with a personalised experience

Skill Identification and Descriptions

The learning platform AI Chat will analyse your query and will then provide:

  • A list of skils, each with a short description.
  • The ability to select from a list of recommended skills at the bottom of the chat box.
  • A Compile Into One List button at the bottom to consolidate your skils into one list.

Content Recommendations

Go1 AI will recommend content based on your inputs and group the recommendations by the skills you want to focus on. From here, you can:

  • Duration: Tailor the recommendations by setting your preferred content duration
  • Thumbs up or down: Not satisfied with a suggestion? Simply click the Thumbs up or Down button to let us now about the recommendation and what was good or bad about it.
  • Add to your playlist: If you are happy with your recommendation, you can click this button to add the content to your library.
  •  Compile into one list: Click this button to collect the recommended learning courses into one list for you to review.

Editing my playlist

After you click the Complie into One List button, the AI chat will show you a list of the content in one chat box. You can click the Delete button to remove any learning course you no longer wish to have included in the list. Once that is done, you can click the Cover into Playlist button to have the suggested learning turned into an easy-to-access playlist for you.

FAQs

What types of prompts are supported in the Go1 AI chat?

We currently support prompts related to skills identification and content discovery. For skills identification, you can use prompts like “What do new sales managers need to know to build a strong team culture?” or “Tell me how to upskill my customer service agents.” For content discovery, you can use prompts like “Show me recommendations for middle management leadership” or “Suggest content for GDPR compliance in the US.”

How are you ensuring data privacy and security?

With Azure, OpenAI, customers get the security capabilities of Microsoft Azure while running the same models as OpenAI. Azure OpenAI offers private networking, regional availability, and responsible AI content filtering.

What data is shared with LLMs?

We are only sharing relevant information (if available), like skills and job title. No messages are stored or used for training by Microsoft Azure or OpenAI.

How are you handling personally identifiable information (PII)?

Since we do not ask for any PII information, no PII is being shared with the LLM. Please refrain from providing any sensitive information
