Automations

Employees can now save partially completed forms as drafts on web and mobile, then return later with answers and uploaded files preserved. (Released: 16 June 2025, Global forms users)

Core HR

HR admins can now view all members of any group directly from the Groups settings screen, making it easier to confirm group composition before sending surveys or checking compliance. (Released: 17 June 2026)

HR admins can now record probation periods in either weeks or months, with the system automatically calculating the correct end date and supporting the same format in HR documents. (Released: 12 June 2026)

eBenefits and FinTech - Benefits

Employers can now configure HeroPoints anniversary rewards using tenure-based models, allowing more tailored recognition programs that automatically apply the right reward based on years of service. (Released: Global rollout following AU and NZ, Employer Admins and HR Managers)

Finance Ops

Admins, managers, and authorised employees can now submit expense claims on behalf of other employees from web and mobile, with policies, approvals, and audit trails applied to the selected employee. (Released: 16 June 2026, Admins, People Managers, and employees with submit-on-behalf permission)

Payroll users can now review their account security health from a dedicated Security page, with clear actions for issues such as two-factor authentication, password risk, and email verification. (Released: 16 June 2026, Payroll Web Users)

CSRF validation is now fully enforced across the payroll platform, helping block unauthorised requests and strengthening protection against malicious submissions. (Released: 17 June 2026, Payroll Users)
