You can use the Recalculate Pay Run feature to update the figures shown within a pay run.
Recalculating a pay run
- Click the Pay Run menu.
- Click on a pay run that needs the figures recalculated.
- Click the Actions tab.
- Click the Pay Run Actions button.
- Click the Recalculate Pay Run button.
- Click the Yes button.
