As an employee, a performance review is a crucial part of your appraisal process. It evaluates your work and detects areas to improve upon professionally.
This article covers the My Performance Review feature, which lets you submit your review, answer questions set by your organisation, and edit or print any relevant information.

Note: The platform will automatically save your progress each time you edit your answers or star ratings.
- Click the Performance menu.
- Click the Performance Reviews submenu.
- Click the review you wish to start on.
- Answer the review questions.
- Click the Save Draft button.
Your review will now be saved as a draft. This means you can reopen and continue your current progress from now until the due date. However, the fact you saved the review does not mean you completed it. You still need to publish the review to complete it.
- Click the Performance menu.
- Click the Performance Reviews submenu.
- Click the review you want to publish.
- Answer the review questions.
Note: When you complete an answer to each question, that question will be automatically highlighted green to confirm it us complete. Only when all the questions have received completed answers will you be able to publish your review.
- Click the Publish button.
- Click the Performance menu.
- Click the Performance Reviews submenu.
- Use the Date Range field to set the date range you need.
- Click the Filter button.
You will now be able to see reviews that fall within the date range you set. If you would like to view all your reviews, click the Reset button then click the Filter button.
Note: You can only edit reviews that are still in the drafting stage. If you want to edit a review after it has been published, you have to unpublish it first.
Also note: if your admin has set a lockout date for the review, you will not be able to edit your answers after the review period.
- Click the Performance menu.
- Click the Performance Reviews submenu.
- Click the review you wish to edit.
- Make the required changes.
As you edit your review answers and/or star ratings, the platform will automatically save the progress you make.
- Click either the Publish or Save Draft button (depending on your requirements).

Yes, you will still be able to see all your previous performance reviews after those review periods have closed.
