Organising your tasks into a structured list can make your workload a lot more manageable. It allows you to view a list of your completed and uncompleted tasks and provides you with a sense of accomplishment when you mark an action item as completed.
The Offboarding Checklist feature allows an admin to create a group of tasks that activate when you off-board an employee, with the ability to specify which employee and/or team will receive these tasks. This feature also allows you to edit, clone, and delete individual off-boarding tasks and to delete any previously created off-boarding checklists.
Important
An off-boarding task triggers once you enter a termination date for an active employee. After this stage, if you re-active their account, the off-boarding tasks will remain for auditing purposes.
