Within your organisation, you may have power users that have the responsibility of maintaining your organisation's payroll platform. We know these employees need full admin rights to make sure the smooth running of your payroll processing, so being able to grant this access when needed will reduce your payroll administration workload.
The Granting Full Access feature allows you to set up and manage what users have access to your organisation's payroll platform. Full access gives the user administrator access to all functions within the payroll platform and you can revoke this access if needed.

So you have now granted a user full access and you are now wondering what next can I do. There are two recommendations I would make on this front and they are:
-
Manage employee portal settings and employee access | Payroll Web platform This feature allows you to grant access in bulk to employees who need to use the Payroll self-service portal.
- Manage employee groups | Payroll Web Platform This feature allows to create a new employee group and specify the joining criteria, such as being assigned to an employing entity.
