The HR platform uses the Objective, Key Results (OKRs) framework to transparently align teams and employees to company goals. The Goals Insight widget on the dashboard allows you to view the progress of the company, team, and personal goals within your organisation. It also shows the percentages of goals in alignment and employees assigned to a goal within your organisation.
HR Best Practise
Make sure your employees are familiar with setting up OKRs and how they can contribute. You should also align employee goals with company OKRs to make sure everyone works towards the same goals within the same timeframe.
Finally, pair each objective with four to five key results. This way, you have enough milestones to track your progress effectively, but not too many that the gauging process becomes too complex. Also, communicate regularly to make sure employees know the progress of OKRs and if there is any action needed.

- Click the Home menu.
- Scroll to the Goals Insight section.
- Filter your view.
- All employees - available for admins and owners.
- Direct - available for managers.
- Direct & Indirect - available for managers.
Helpful Hint
Alignment shows the percentage of employee goals that are in alignment with your company goals.

Progress shows the progress percentage of your goal, not the individual progress of each key result. The status is broken down into four key areas:
- On track.
- Making progress.
- Off track.
- No progress.
