Viewing my teams progress towards my organisations goals (OKRs) | HR Web Platform

Overview

The HR platform uses the Objective, Key Results (OKRs) framework that focuses on transparent company, team, and employee goals. When using OKRs effectively, you will align and connect all your employees to your company goals, meaning your entire workforce will have visibility of the company goals and how their team and them as an individual can contribute towards this common purpose.

The Management Dashboard feature allows you to view the progress of the company, team and personal goals within your organisation. It also provides you with insight into the percentage of goals in alignment and the percentage of employees assigned to a goal within your organisation.

The metric will show you the progress percentage of your goals broken down into four key ares:

    • On track.
    • Making progress.
    • Off track.
    • No progress.

The progress widget does not show the individual progress of each key result in your organisation, rather it shows you the overall status of the goal i.e. one goal may have four key results each at varying levels of progress, however the goal itself can only have one progress status, this is the progress status this widget is measuring.
