Viewing my teams progress towards my organisations goals (OKRs) | HR Web Platform

The HR platform uses the Objective, Key Results (OKRs) framework to transparently align teams and employees to company goals. The Management Dashboard Goals feature allows you to view the progress of the company, team, and personal goals within your organisation. It also provides you with insight into the percentage of goals in alignment and the percentage of employees assigned to a goal within your organisation.
