A Learning Management System (LMS) provides your organisation with the ability to undertake employee training, orientation, and education. Having a workforce that can access the needed resources to learn, not only about their core role but any aspect of your business, will mean your employees have the knowledge and skills needed to take their role to the next level.
Go1's platform allows you to upload your own content or choose from thousands of pre-made learning courses. You can also select who from your team should complete the learning material and assign the courses to them all from within the Go1 platform.
If there is learning material that people in your business need to know, or if you have invested in developing your own learning courses, you can upload your own content straight into the Go1 platform. It gives your employees a single platform to source everything that they need to learn about your business and also provides your managers with a central location where they can track how their employees are progressing.

We base the default access level on a per user basis and whether they have view, edit and delete access and excluding any changes made via our Custom Security feature.
Getting started
- Click the Settings menu.
- Click the Add-Ons submenu.
- Click the Connect button.
- Click the Continue button.
- Enter your username and password and click the Log in and connect button.
- If you have multiple Go1 accounts, you will need to click on the specific organisation you want to connect with your Employment Hero platform.
- Click the Authorise Employment Hero button.
Helpful Hint
Once Employment Hero has transferred the user profiles into the Go1 platform, you will see a status screen. You can click the Go to My Learning button to view any assigned learning content.
- Click the Settings menu.

- Click the Settings button.
- Click the I Accept button.
- Click the I Accept button.
Helpful Hint
You will now see on your screen the links used to access Go1 platform settings. Clicking on the required setting will open the specific settings location within the Go1 platform.
