Accessing my related business and/or employee files | Payroll Web Platform

Overview

There can be times where a single user on the payroll platform may be a part of multiple different businesses, or there could be multiple employees sharing the same email address. If these two situations arise, then the Related Businesses feature will showcase this data and allow you to view and access the businesses and employees connected to your payroll account email address.

Getting started

The below premises will walk you through how to access your related business and employee files.

Access a related business
  1. Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
  2. Click the Account   menu.
  3. Click the My Account submenu.

    Helpful Hint

    You will now see your related businesses on your screen.

Access a related employee file
  1. Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
  2. Click the Account   menu.
  3. Click the My Account submenu.
