Time to hire candidates reporting via the HR platform

The Time to Hire Reporting feature allows you to create a report on how long it takes your organisation to fill a position and you can see details such as the open date, time to fill and time to hire. You can also use this feature to download a CSV file of the data, enabling you to load the report into a CSV supported program like Microsoft Excel.

Availability

HR Plan:   Premium   Platinum
  User Access:   Employee         Manager         Admin      

  This is the default access level per user and whether they have  view,  edit and  delete access, excluding any changes made via our Custom Security feature.

Getting started

Create a time to hire report
  1. Click the  Recruitment menu.
  2. Click the Reports tab.
  3. Click the Time to Hire button.

  4. Chose from the following filters:
    • Date range.
    • Roles.
    • Teams.
    • Country.

Data management

Download your time to hire report: CSV
  1. Click the  Recruitment menu.
  2. Click the Reports tab.
  3. Click the Time to Hire button.
