Answer
Employment Hero has a Rewards and Recognitions feature to encourage employees and employers to recognise each other for their contributions and achievements.
Here is what a shout out and recognition mean:
- Shout out - You can give a shout out to someone who did well on work that is within their usual scope. For example, say, an employee produced excellent output for a deliverable that falls within their job role.
- Recognition - You can give recognition to someone who did something above and beyond what is expected of them. On the platform, each recognition has to be attached to one of the company values set up by your organisation.
You can give both shout outs and recognitions on the Company Feed section on the dashboard.
