When Employment Hero connects to the Go1 learning platform, the platforms perform a data sync when the following occurs: during the integration, and an ongoing synchronisation when certain items are updated.

The table below lists the Employment Hero platform fields and whether each one syncs to Go1 during the initial integration.

| User Permissions | All Employment Hero users will be allocated learner permissions on Go1. If a user is a primary manager on Employment Hero, they will automatically be granted manager permissions on Go1. Ongoing synchronisation

| Account email | The company email is the default email that syncs across to Go1, and the account email is the back up email. Emails do not just sync across during the user's first sync. | |
