Explanation

This warning shows when your business does not have multiple employing entities set up in your business, however, you have selected on the Australian Tax Office (ATO) Supplier Settings page the Multiple Employing Entities lodgement option. If you have not set up this information correctly, the platform will display the above warning when you go to submit a Single Touch Payroll (STP) lodgement.

Solution

You will need to select the 'As a Registered Tax/BAS Agent' or 'As the Employer on your ATO Settings page' options instead of your existing Multiple Employing Entities selection.
