How do I delete a Single Touch Payroll (STP) pay event?
Answer
You can use the Delete Pay Event feature within the Pay Event module to remove a pay event that you no longer need from your platform. You will need to undertake this process via your " target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"Employment Hero Payroll platform.
Important
You should only delete a pay event that has not yet been lodged with the Australian Tax Office (ATO). Deleting an event that has already been submitted can create discrepancies with the ATO's records. If you need to correct or remove data from an event that has already been lodged, we recommend contacting support before proceeding.

Log into your

- Click the Report menu.
- Click the Single Touch Payroll submenu.
 - Select the pay event that needs deleting.
 - Click the Delete Event button.
 - Click the Delete button.
