Explanation
The error occurs if the award classification does not exist within your payroll classic platform and because of this, Employment Hero automatically disables the award classification, causing the issue.
Solution
Adding the award and classification to your payroll classic platform and then re-syncing the two platforms will resolve this issue.

- Log into Employment Hero Payroll classic.
- Click the Business Settings menu.
- Click the Payroll Settings submenu.
- Click the Manage Awards button.
- Use the search field to locate the required award and classification.
- Click the Install button.
- Click the Install button.
- Click the Accept button.
Helpful Hint
Once the payroll classic platform has installed the chosen award and classification, you will see the below confirmation screen.
- Log into Employment Hero.
- Click the Payroll Settings menu.
- Click the Classifications submenu.
- Click the Update From Payroll button.
Helpful Hint
The Classifications page will now show a greyed-out Updated button. This means the Employment Hero has successfully imported your classifications from your payroll classic platform.
