A hiring module helps companies organise candidates for hiring and recruitment purposes. These systems allow businesses to collect information, organise prospects based on experience and skill set, and filter applicants. There are many benefits of using such a module, and you can expect to see metrics like time, cost, and candidate quality improve.
The Candidate Flow Reporting feature allows you to create a report on the number of candidates at each stage of your hiring process. You can also use this feature to download a CSV file of the data.
Getting started
Create a candidate flow report
- Click the Hiring menu.
- Click the Reports tab.
- Click the Candidate Flow button.

Chose from the following filters:
- Date range.
- Roles.
- Teams.
- Country.
Data management
Download your candidate flow report: CSV
- Click the Hiring menu.
- Click the Reports tab.
- Click the Candidate Flow button.
- Chose from the following filters:
- Date range.
- Roles.
- Teams.
- Country.
- Click the Export to CSV button.
