Your employer may offer rewards for successful referrals. These incentives motivate employees to participate in the referral programme and can vary based on the role and your organisation.

1. When viewing open roles in the Referral section, each job card displays the referral reward associated with that position.
2. Rewards may be offered in two types:
   • Monetary reward (cash payment)
   • Hero Points reward (organisation-specific recognition points)
3. Your organisation's HR or payroll administrator determines the reward type and amount for each referral.
4. When your referral results in a hire, your organisation's payroll system will process the reward according to the configured amount and type.
