You can control where Hero AI Placements appear within your platform when you configure your Find Talent settings for visibility and notifications.

For example, you can disable it in the 1:1 feature but enable it in the employee file feature. It also lets you customize notifications, such as opting in for ATS Promotional Email Notifications.

Hero AI is included in your paid Employment Hero subscription as a pre-release trial at no extra cost for viewing candidate recommendations or hiring recommended candidates.

Editing data

Edit your Find Talent visibility

Click the Settings menu.
Under the Recruitment & Onboarding tile, click on Recruitment.
Click the Find Talent tab.
Under the Find Talent Visibility heading, choose where to enable the Find Talent features in the platform by toggling the switch on or off.
