The time off request clash feature allows you to view all time off requests from each employee in one easy-to-read schedule. This feature allows organizations to easily identify and manage any potential clashes, making sure employees get the time off they need. This feature can help simplify the management of time off requests and make sure any potential conflicts are quickly identified and resolved to prevent understaffing.

Getting started

How to view time off clashes

Select the Time menu.
Select the Time off management sub-menu.
Select the Filter View box.
Select the All Personnel filter.
Click the Search button.
Select a time off request clash in the Clashes column.
You will now see any other employee's time off request that clashes for a particular date period.

Helpful Hint

Time off clashes will also show which team the employee is on, which can help decide which time off clashes can be approved or declined.
