Sometimes a contractor's job details need updating when their employment circumstances change. Use the Job Details feature to update these details, and Employment Hero reflects the changes across the platform. This means you only need to update your details in one place, keeping your contractor records in Employment Hero up to date.
Editing data
- Log in to your Employment Hero account.
- Click the Personnel menu.
- Click the Independent Contractors submenu.
- Select the contractor whose details you want to update.
- Click the Job Details tab.

Click the Edit button.
Important
To edit the contractor's job title, go to their Job History file. To read more information about the Job History feature, visit this article.
- Complete the following fields:
- Company email.
- Company mobile.
- Company landline.
- Team.
- Click the Save button.
