Admins and managers can use the Disciplinary Management feature to create disciplinary actions for their employees. You can add the disciplinary action-taken, date of the incident, and any needed attachments to each record. Your employees can also appeal the disciplinary action within their profile as well by uploading appeal letters.

Getting started
Create a disciplinary action
- Click the People menu.
- Click the Employees List submenu.
- Click on the employee that needs a disciplinary action added.
- Click the Disciplinaries tab.
- Click the Create Disciplinary button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Incident.
- Date of incident.
- Description
- What disciplinary action was taken:
- Disciplinary investigation.
- Verbal warning.
- Disciplinary hearing.
- Written warning.
- Final warning.
- Attachments.
- Click the Publish button.
