In this article, you will learn the process of resending HR documents to employees after they have been initially sent. This feature serves as a reminder to employees regarding important HR documents. Follow these steps to resend a document: generate an HR document report, and utilise the Remind function to send the document again.
Resend an HR document to remind an employee
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the Compliance tab.
- Click the HR Documents Reports box.
- Use the report filters to narrow down the documents you want to resend. You can choose from the following filters:
- Search personnel
- Search document name
- Document status
- Signed at
- More
- Find the specific document you want to resend in the document list towards the bottom of the page.
- When you find the document you want to resend, click the Remind button.
