Resend an HR document to employees

In this article, you will learn the process of resending HR documents to employees after they have been initially sent. This feature serves as a reminder to employees regarding important HR documents. Follow these steps to resend a document: generate an HR document report, and utilise the Remind function to send the document again.

Resend an HR document to remind an employee
  1. Click the   Reports menu.
  2. Click the Compliance tab.
  3. Click the HR Documents Reports box.

  4. Use the report filters to narrow down the documents you want to resend. You can choose from the following filters:
    • Search personnel
    • Search document name
    • Document status
    • Signed at
    • More
  5. Find the specific document you want to resend in the document list towards the bottom of the page.
  6. When you find the document you want to resend, click the Remind button.
