How to resolve the Nwm nlw eligibility: can't be blank error

If you are seeing the error Nwm nlw eligibility: can't be blank, please follow these detailed steps to resolve the issue. This update should immediately remove the error from your dashboard and synchronise the information with payroll. 

  1. Access Employee Details:

    • Click on the People menu.
    • Select the Employee List submenu.
    • Click on the affected employee to open their profile.
  2. Navigate to Pay Details:

    • Scroll down past the Employment Records section.
    • Pay Details will be in the next section.
  3. Edit Future Salary Details:

    • Locate the 'Future Salary' line within the Pay Details section.
    • Click the Three Dots button and then select Edit from the dropdown menu. 
  4. Set Nwm nlw Eligibility:

    • In the edit pane, locate the 'Nwm nlw eligibility' field. You may need to scroll down within the edit pane to find the editing option.
    • Ensure this field is set as required.
  5. Save Changes:

    • After adjusting the eligibility setting, save your changes to update the record.

    • You may need to refresh the page for the erorr to clear.
