Hero Connect is Employment Hero's very own community platform. It is your space to learn, connect, ask for advice, and offer help to your fellow Employment Hero customers. Whether you're new to Employment Hero or a seasoned user, this community is designed to support you at every stage of your journey.
We know that many of you share the same challenges and celebrate the same wins along your journey to making employment more valuable for everyone. This is the place to come and join a group of people who are trying to take their business to the next level with Employment Hero. Currently, it is available to to all Australian and UK HR and HR/PY customers excluding EH Payroll-only customers, Managed Implementations customers.

Written steps: How to access Hero Connect
- Log into your Employment Hero platform.
- At the top-right corner of your screen, below your name, click the Get Help button.
- Then, click Ask Community. This will take you to another page where you can sign up.
- Click the Continue with Employment Hero button. This automatically uses your Employment Hero account email.
- Fill in some details to create your profile. This includes your name, timezone, role, company, and other information.
- Around the bottom of the page is where you can express your consent to receive updates from our community and set your messaging and directory permissions.
- After answering those, click the Continue button. After creating your profile, you will be taken to the Hero Connect community dashboard. Here, you can post and interact with other members of the community.
To access Hero Connect in the future, you can click the Get Help > Ask Community buttons on your Employment Hero dashboard. Alternatively, you can just go straight to Hero Connect.
