The outcome of this article is that you will have learned how to access and use the new Return to Work Report to track your organisation's RTW forms effectively.
Summary
The Return to Work (RTW) Report provides a centralised and user-friendly tool to easily access and analyse your organisation's RTW form data. This report helps you track employee returns, ensure compliance, and identify trends efficiently.
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click on the Time tab.
- You will see a report type listed as Return to Work Report.
- Click on the Return to Work Report to open it.
- You will now see your Return to Work Report on your screen, displaying the following data fields:
- Personnel: The employee's name.
- Manager: The employee's direct manager.
- Team: The employee's team.
- Period: The leave period the RTW form relates to.
- Time Off Category: The type of leave (e.g., Sick Leave, Annual Leave).
- Personnel Completion Date: When the employee completed their section.
- Manager Completion Date: When the manager completed their section.
- Status: The form's completion status (Pending, Partially Completed, Completed).
- Use the filters at the top of the report to narrow down your data. You can filter by:
- Personnel
- Status (Pending, Partially Completed, Completed)
- Manager
- Date Range
- Team
- Cost Centre
- Sort the report data by clicking on any column heading. Text columns will sort alphabetically (A-Z or Z-A), and date columns will sort chronologically (earliest to latest or latest to earliest).
- To download the report, click the Download button, located at the top right of the report view.
Helpful Hint
The downloaded CSV file will be named in the format:
Return_to_Work_Report_<YYYY-MM-DD>.csv
. If you applied filters, the CSV will only include the filtered data.
