Digital Onboarding
Enhanced the Basic Company Information step in onboarding to treat the default employing entity the same as additional entities, ensuring unified data collection and compliance. HR Rostering & Timesheets
Custom Work Hours configuration is now available for up to 8 weeks for UK orgs, supporting complex rostering needs. All relevant reports and features now support up to 8 weeks. (Released: 28 November 2025, Payroll only, HR<>PY connected & AIOP orgs, UK)
Payroll
Bureau Client Portal: Payroll Bureau Partners can now onboard clients via a streamlined, read-only portal, with data syncing from Payroll to HR only. This supports high conversion rates and compliance. (Released: 25 November 2025, UK)
During onboarding, employees now only provide their NI number; the NI category field has been moved to the employer onboarding form to prevent compliance issues. (Released: 25 November 2025, UK Orgs)

Core HR
Notice period fields ("during probation" and "after probation") are now available and editable for all organisations, improving contract accuracy and employment record consistency. (Released: 21 November 2025, All orgs)

A new, simplified candidate profile and board view in the ATS makes hiring more efficient. Key actions are now available in side panes, and a drag-and-drop board view is the default for new users. (Released: 24 November 2025, Global)

Automated workflow for manager reassignment ensures continuity of workflows, approvals, and reporting lines when a manager leaves. Bulk reassignment options and real-time updates across reporting lines and org charts are now available. (Released: 26 November 2025, Global)

Inactive User Verification: Accounts inactive for over 3 months and without 2FA now require email verification on login, protecting against credential stuffing attacks. (Released: 26 February 2025, All Payroll Web Users)
Automated Security Check: The system now checks existing Payroll Web passwords against known data breaches during login, with bi-annual re-checks. (Released: 25 November 2025, Payroll Web Users)
