Here are our product releases for Week 25 of 2026, which includes June 22 - 26, 2026.

AI

Employees and managers can now ask Hero AI natural-language questions about feedback to quickly identify strengths, recurring themes, and next steps, helping them act on feedback faster. (Released: 22 June 2026)
Hero AI can now answer natural-language questions about recognition in the company feed, helping users quickly surface meaningful recognition insights without manually searching through posts. (Released: 25 June 2026)
Employees and managers can now complete common rostering tasks through Hero AI, including finding and bidding on open shifts, requesting swaps, responding to published shifts, and checking roster issues through natural conversation. (Released: 25 June 2026)

Users can now open reports by clicking anywhere on a report tile, making it faster and easier to navigate the reports page. (Released: 19 June 2026)
Admins, managers, and employees can now export completed form submissions directly from an employee file as PDF or CSV, making audits and record-keeping faster and easier. (Released: 22 June 2026)

HR admins and managers can now create and send one-off documents directly from an employee profile without needing a template, with auto-save and existing permission controls supported throughout the workflow. (Released: 19 June 2026)

Managers can now customise which information appears on their roster view, such as costs, weather, and extra shift details, helping them reduce clutter and work more efficiently. (Released: 25 June 2026)
Roster templates now load asynchronously with visible progress tracking, allowing managers to continue working while templates apply in the background. (Released: 25 June 2026)
Managers can now self-serve shift and roster audit history to see who made roster changes, what changed, and when, improving visibility and reducing reliance on support teams. (Released: 18 June 2026)

Customers can now customise key organisation email templates, including leave, payslips, offboarding, offer letters, and onboarding emails, while preserving the backend logic needed for reliable delivery. (Released: 19 June 2026)

Managers and authorised users can now view 360 review records from the Employee File, making it easier to access relevant performance information in one place. (Released: 19 June 2026)
HR admins and authorised users can now create onboarding approvals directly from the approvals screen and onboarding flow, reducing navigation and giving organisations more precise permission control. (Released: 23 March 2026)

Payroll SAP users can now create, schedule, and launch standard notifications and full-width promotional banners directly from the admin console, giving them more control over in-app messaging. (Released: 19 June 2026)

Candidates now receive a redesigned shortlist email with clearer text, richer job details, and a low-friction way to view the full role before responding. (Released: 22 June 2026, Job Seekers)
Candidates can now see employer personal messages and clearer outreach wording in the Find Talent banner before expressing interest in a role. (Released: 11 June 2026, Job Seekers)
Recruiters and hiring managers now receive the “Hero AI has found candidates” email four hours after job creation instead of two days later, helping them engage with candidates while hiring activity is still fresh. (Released: 22 June 2026)
Recruiters can now pin up to three priority jobs and monitor live candidate pipeline activity from a dedicated dashboard widget, reducing the need to switch between roles in the ATS. (Released: 22 June 2026)
Recruiters can now filter candidates by video interview status within the pipeline, making it easier to spot progress and take follow-up action. (Released: 13 March 2026)

UK admins can now choose which days TOIL accrual rules apply to and can automatically expire TOIL balances with better visibility for employees into upcoming expiry dates and amounts. (Released: 25 June 2026, UK only)
