Calendar Sync makes it easier for employees and managers to see published shifts alongside their other commitments, helping them plan ahead and stay informed. Published shifts will automatically appear alongside existing calendar appointments, helping everyone avoid missed shifts and double bookings. When shifts are updated or cancelled in the system, the connected calendar automatically updates.

This feature will only be visible if the org has the rostering feature turned ON in the Menu Customisation

How to Sync Your Shifts to Your Calendar
Follow these simple steps to connect your roster to your personal or work calendar:

Step 1: Access Your Account Settings
Log into your account.
Click on your Account Profile (top right corner).
Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Connect Your Calendar
Scroll down to the Sync shifts to calendar section.
Choose your preferred calendar provider (e.g., Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook) and click Connect.
Step 3: Configure and Subscribe
Your calendar application will automatically open and prompt you with a subscription URL.
Click Subscribe.
Customize your settings:
Name your calendar: Give it a recognizable name (e.g., "My Work Shifts").
Set the refresh rate: To ensure you always have the latest updates, set the calendar to automatically refresh (recommended: every 5 minutes).
Click OK or Save.
Once loaded, your upcoming published shifts—including your role, location, and times—will instantly populate right inside your calendar.
Helpful Hint
Any future changes or cancellations made to your roster will automatically sync and update directly on your connected calendar based on your auto-refresh settings.
Step 4: Rotate Link
Rotates the link and invalidates the connection.
Log into your account.
Click on your Account Profile (top right corner).
Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
Scroll down to the Sync shifts to calendar section.
Click on the Actions button next to your chosen calendar.
Click Rotate Link.
Confirm Confirm.
Step 5: Disconnect
Log into your account.
Click on your Account Profile (top right corner).
Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
Scroll down to the Sync shifts to calendar section.
Click on the Actions button next to your chosen calendar.
Click Disconnect.
Confirm Disconnect.
