Hero AI is an AI-powered assistant designed to provide instant answers about the payroll platform. As a Full Access or Restricted Access user, you can use Hero AI to locate features and learn how to use them quickly. Drawing information from our help centre, Hero AI eliminates the need to browse through documentation—just ask a question and receive an immediate response. Full Access and Restricted Access users will also be able to escalate queries to our payroll support team via Hero AI.
Live messaging
Ask Hero AI a question
- Log in to the Payroll platform.
- Click the Ask Hero AI button towards the bottom right of the page.
- Type your question in the text box and wait for Hero AI's response.
- To start another chat, you can click the New Chat button in the upper-right corner of your screen.
View your history of conversations and support tickets
- Log in to the Payroll platform.
- Click the Ask Hero AI button towards the bottom right of the page.
- Click the History button (clock icon).
- You can click Conversations or Support tickets, depending on what you are looking for.
- Click the conversation or previous support ticket you need to view more details.
