If an employee notifies you they have not received emails from the payroll platform, you can use the Mail Log feature to see if any emails have bounced and/or dropped. If there are emails that have bounced and/or dropped, there is an Unblock feature you can use to resend the email to the employee.
If an email has the status of bounced, this means the recipient's email has refused to accept the delivery of the email. If the email has dropped, this means the email has bounced multiple times and the payroll platform has not emailed the message out.
