How do I download my employee expense category data via Payroll classic?

The Data Extract feature enables you to download your employee expense categories stored within your Payroll platform as either a XLSX or CSV file.

Download my employee expense category data
  1. Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
  2. Click the   Business Settings menu.
  3. Click the Payroll Settings submenu.
  4. Click the   Data Extracts button.
  5. Select the Employee Expense Categories option from the Data Type dropdown.
  6. Select from the following file formats:
    • XLSX
    • CSV
  7. Click the Download button.
