Feature access for active, terminated, and deleted employees

Employees who are terminated or deleted on your HR platform still have limited access to certain features in it.

The tables in this article outline the specific tools and data these employees can still access on the platform’s website or mobile app.

Important

For pay slips to be accessible to terminated employees, their employer must enable and maintain Employee Portal access in the Payroll Settings. This ensures that terminated employees can view and download their payslips through both the Employment Hero platform and the Employment Hero Work app (as covered in this article).
