The Performance Review Reporting feature lets you create a report on how employees and their managers are doing on their assigned performance reviews. You can also use this feature to download a CSV file of the data and remind individual employees to complete any outstanding performance review tasks.
Getting Started
Create a performance review report
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the Performance tab.
- Click the Reviews Report box.
- Filter your search based on the following, and click Apply after applying each filter you use:
- Show terminated employees.
- Show archived review periods.
- Employee.
- Team.
- Manager.
- Employee status.
- Manager status.
- Review period.
- Date filter.
Download your performance review report
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the Performance tab.
- Click the Reviews Report box.
- Filter your search based on the following, and click Apply after applying each filter you use:
- Show terminated employees.
- Show archived review periods.
- Employee.
- Team.
- Manager.
- Employee status.
- Manager status.
- Review period.
- Date filter.
- In line with the word "Reviews," click the small download icon to export the report to CSV.
