How do I import employees from my NetSuite platform on Payroll classic?

Available for the following plans: Employment Plus, Employment Unlimited
Available for the following Payroll classic plans: Standard, Premium

You can use the Employee Importing feature within the Payroll Settings module to import in bulk your employees from your NetSuite platform. You will need to undertake the below steps using your Employment Hero Payroll classic platform.

Import employees from mNetSuite
  1. Log in to your Employment Hero Payroll classic platform.
  2. Click the  Business Settings menu.
  3. Click the Payroll Settings submenu.
  4. Click the Import Employees button.
  5. Select the NetSuite option in the Import Employees From dropdown.
  6. Click the Import button.

    Helpful Hint

    You will now see a status message that confirms the successful import of your NetSuite employee data within your Payroll classic platform.
