The Data Extract feature enables you to download your employee deductions stored within your Payroll classic platform as either an XLSX or CSV file.
Download employee deduction data
- Log in to your Employment Hero Payroll classic platform.
- Click the Business Settings menu.
- Click the Payroll Settings submenu.
- Click the Data Extracts button.
- Select the Employee Deductions option from the Data Type drop-down.
- Select from the following template types:
- Template with employee data
- Template with employee data (Including terminated employees)
- Empty template
- Select from the following file formats:
- XLSX
- CSV
- Click the Download button.
