How do I block a user?
Answer
You can use the Block User feature within the User Management module to block a user and prevent them from logging into your organisation's learning platform.
Block a user
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the User tab.
- Hover of the user that needs blocking.
- Click the button.
- Select the Edit button.
- Click the Blocked button.
- Click the Save button.
