The Add Leave Requests to a Pay Run feature allows you to add a new leave request for an employee into your organisations pay run. You can also use this feature to delete previously applied employees taken leave lines. A pay run needs creating first, before you can add or remove an employee's taken leave lines. How do I remove a leave request for time we have already paid? It keeps appearing in the pay run.
If you have manually applied leave taken in a past pay run but the leave request is still sitting as submitted, i.e. not processed, you can choose to mark it as manually applied. We explain how to undertake this process in the video attached above for you.
