If an employee notifies you they have not received emails from the payroll classic platform, you can use the Mail Log feature to see if any emails have bounced and/or dropped. If there are emails that have bounced and/or dropped, there is an Unblock feature you can use to resend the email.

The mail log shows that my employee's email is dropped. What does this mean?
If an email has the status of bounced, that means the recipient's email has refused to accept the delivery of the email. If the email has dropped, this means the email has bounced multiple times and the payroll classic platform has not emailed the message out.
