How to add and manage Tags in the Payroll Platform by Hero Academy Training

Overview

As an organisation, you can use tags to identify certain scenarios within pay condition rule sets. These tags come pre-installed if you have installed one of the pre-built awards, further reducing the administrative time spent on making sure your organisation has accurate award interpretation. 

The tag feature allows you to create your own tags and assign them to the required employees. You can also use this feature to re-assign a tag if the employee requirements change; edit the information if it is needed, and delete a record if it is no longer required.

  Can we allocate Tags to employees in bulk?  

Yes, you can do this with the Tags feature. When you edit the applicable tag, you will see the option to search for an employee or select their name from the employee list. When you return to the Tags list, you will see the number of employees linked to that tag next to the tag name.
