Answer

As a manager of a Global Teams employee, you can approve leave requests in the same way that you do for your other employees. To read more about managing leave requests, check out this article on Employee leave management.

For Global Teams employees, we control leave categories via the Global Teams service, and they may differ from the leave categories of your organisation.
