Question

As a Global Teams employee, how do I submit a leave request?

Answer

As a Global Teams employee, you can ask for leave in the same way that regular employees of your organisation request leave. That is, you can submit a leave request by completing the following steps:

  1. Click the Time menu.
  2. Click the Leave submenu.
  3. Fill in the following information
    • Leave category
    • From date
    • To date
    • Comments (Optional)
    • Attachments (Optional)
  4.  Click the Submit button.

Helpful Hint

For Global Teams employees, we control leave categories via the Global Teams service and they may differ from the leave categories of your organisation. If you have questions about leave categories or would like a new leave category added, please submit a Zendesk ticket via https://gt-help-employmenthero.zendesk.com/hc/en-au/requests/new
