As an organisation, by running the Tenure Report, administrators can track and check for how long your personnel have been working with your company. The Tenure Report includes a quick-view company tenure pie chart, showing the distribution of tenure among personnel, and a filterable, searchable, and downloadable table displaying your tenure data. Please note that contractors are included in the tenure report.
Getting started
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the People tab.
- Click the View full report button for Tenure Report.
- Filter your search based on the following:
- Personnel.
- Employment status.
- Location.
- Group.
- More: Employment Type, Personnel Type, Entity, Age, Date Range, Duration.
- Click the Apply button after choosing your filters.
Daily activities
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the People tab.
- Click the View full report button for Tenure Report.
- Filter your search based on the following:
- Personnel.
- Employment status.
- Location.
- Group.
- More: Employment Type, Personnel Type, Entity, Age, Date Range, Duration.
- Click the Apply button after choosing your filters.
- Click the Download CSV / Export CSV button.
- Your next action depends on whether you have downloaded the report before:
- If you have previously downloaded the report, you can click the CSV file number above the button to download it again.
- If you have not previously downloaded click Generate new report. The file will automatically download.
Further information
The Tenure Report will show an employee or contractor's Duration up to one decimal place. It will also not round up. The tenure duration calculation is based on 0.1 - 0.9 calculation. You take the total days of the employee or contractor tenure and divide by 365 days. and then view up to the one decimal point
