The Kiosk feature allows you to set up a new kiosk to allow employees to easily clock in and out of their shift from the convenience of a Hero Time Clock kiosk or the Employment Hero Work app on their mobile device. This article will provide information on how to specify the kiosk name, location, time zone and if employees need to take a photo to clock in and out. You can also use this feature to edit any kiosk details and delete a kiosk.

- Log into Employment Hero.
- Click on Settings.
- Under the Payroll Settings submenu, click on Hero Time Clock.
- Click on Add time clock.
- Add the following details:
- Name
- Cost centre
- Managed by (optional)
- Automatically round timesheet options:
- Apply rostered start time to timesheet, if start time is within X minutes of the scheduled start time
- Apply rostered end time to timesheet if end time is within X minutes of the scheduled time end
- Click Save.
- Log into Employment Hero.
- Click on Settings.
- Under the Payroll Settings submenu, click on Hero Time Clock.
- Select the Edit icon next to the kiosk you would like to edit.
- Make the required changes and click the Save button.
- Log into Employment Hero.
- Click on Settings.
- Under the Payroll Settings submenu, click on Hero Time Clock.
- Select the Delete icon next to the kiosk you would like to delete.
- Select Delete to confirm the deletion of the kiosk.
