The leave request clash feature allows you to view all leave requests from each employee in one easy-to-read timeline. This feature allows organisations to easily identify and manage any potential clashes, making sure employees get the leave they need. This feature can help simplify the management of leave requests and make sure any potential conflicts are quickly identified and resolved to prevent understaffing.
Getting started
- Select the Time menu.
- Select the Leave management sub-menu.
- Select the Filter View box.
- Select the All Personnel filter.
- Click the Search button.
- Select a leave request clash in the Clashes column.
- You will now see any other employee leave request that clashes for a particular date period.
Helpful Hint
Leave clashes will also show what team the employee is on, which can help decide which leave clashes can be approved or declined.
