The Leave Overview Report provides a broad view of leave taken by employees across the year. It also lets you see leave taken against leave accruals for each month. The report will help you visualise these types of leave information, broken down by teams and locations. You can also download a CSV file of the report or filter the results based on personnel, location, team, cost centre, and unit.
Getting started
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the Time tab.
- Click the Leave Overview Report submenu.
Helpful Hint
You will now see the Leave Overview page, which shows three graphs: leave by team, leave by location, and leave taken by employees across the year.
- Filter the information in the Leave Taken graph by:
- Personnel.
- Location.
- Team.
- Cost Centre.
- Unit.
- Show accrued leave.
- Show terminated personnel.
Important
Click the Apply button for each filter you use.
Helpful Hint
Tick the Show accrued leave checkbox to see a graph of leave accrued beside leave taken per month.
