Candidate matching, powered by Hero AI is a feature used by recruiters to connect with prospective jobseekers. Using details such as your work experience, qualifications and locale, jobseekers can be matched to open roles.

If you are looking for a new job, then this article will show you how to sign up to Employment Hero Jobs.
- Head to the Employment Hero Jobs signup page.
- Enter your personal details.
- Select Register.
- You will receive confirmation that your account has been created.
- Once you have finished the sign-up process, select Complete profile.
- Upload your CV, or if you do not currently have one available, select Next.
- Enter your previous work history, as well as your next desired role. You will be asked to enter the following:
- Any job titles that you are interested in being matched with.
- Your postcode, for employers looking for local talent.
- How far you are willing to travel for your next role.
- Your current/most recent job title.
- Your current/most recent employer.
- When you started at your current/most recent employer.
- When you finished at your most recent employer.
- Select Finish when you have entered this information.
- You will now be redirected to the candidate matching, powered by Hero AI hub, which will show you recommendations based on the information that you provided.
You can opt to turn on SMSes from candidate matching, powered by Hero AI, notifying you when a recruiter saves your Employment Hero Jobs profile, sends you a message in the platform or sends you an email.
- Log in to your Employment Hero Jobs account.
- You will see a pop up to add your mobile phone number to receive candidate matching, powered by Hero AI SMS notifications.
- Enter your mobile phone number into the text field.
- Click the Turn on button.
If you do not see a pop-up to turn on SMS notifications
- Log in to your Employment Hero Jobs account.
- Click on your name or email address in the top right-hand side corner of the screen.
- Under Never miss another job opportunity with SMS notifications! toggle the switch to the right to receive SMS notifications.
- Log in to your Employment Hero Jobs account.
- Click on your name or email address in the top right-hand side corner of the screen.
- Under Never miss another job opportunity with SMS notifications! toggle the switch to the left to stop receiving SMS notifications.
