Hero Connect is the community pillar of the Employment Hero Customer Experience. Hero Connect will be a brand new way to support Employment Hero customers via a one-to-many support system. Using the Hero Connect community, you can exchange ideas, solutions and tips with other Employment Hero businesses and users to maximise your Employment Hero experience.

Hero Connect FAQs
Hero Connect has been introduced for a number of reasons:
- Scale our support offering - Hero Connect provides another avenue for support for our customers. This means that you can find even more answers to bespoke situations, while allowing our support team to better understand our customers and how you use the Employment Hero platform.
- Additional ways to help you - Connecting with the community allows you to find different ways of achieving your goal, from other users that use the Employment Hero platform.
- Connect with Employment Hero users - We can connect you with other Employment Hero users to find out how you can utilise the Employment Hero platform in exciting new ways.
Hero Connect is available to platform owners and admin users using an Employment Hero platform, both standalone and integrated with a payroll solution. At this stage, Hero Connect is not available to customers currently in the process of Managed Implementations, or customers only using the Employment Hero Payroll platform, but we're working to make this happen!
Hero Connect can be accessed in the platform, and via the Employment Hero Help Centre under the More Resources drop-down menu.
Anything! Hero Connect will be split into three categories to help you find the answer you're looking for. These categories are:
- Small business owners
- HR Professionals
- Payroll Administrators
We encourage you to ask questions, and advise fellow community members, including sharing tips, Employment Hero product advice, and announcements. You can even share and celebrate your wins!
Hero Connect is only available to platform owners and admin users on the Employment Hero platform. This error generally occurs when attempting to log in with Employment Hero credentials that do not have owner or admin permissions. Please try logging in again using your EH admin account email and password.
Our Digital Engagement team will help look after Hero Connect. In the future, we will be looking to call upon some of our dedicated community members to help moderate Hero Connect.
