The HRDF Monthly Contribution report function allows administrators to create a report for HRDF (HRD Corp) contributions. This facilitates the mandatory monthly submission and payment of the HRD Corp levy.
Getting started
Create a HRDF monthly contribution report
- Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the HRDF - Monthly contribution button.
- Complete the following fields:
- As at Month.
- Pay Schedule
- Employee
- Employing Entity
- Employee Default Location
Helpful Hint
Click As at Month to change from a date filter to a Pay Run filter.
- Click the Generate button.
- You will now see your HRDF monthly contributions report on screen.
Data management
Download the report in PDF or Excel format
- Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the HRDF - Monthly contribution button.
- Complete the following fields:
- As at Month.
- Pay Schedule
- Employee
- Employing Entity
- Employee Default Location
Helpful Hint
Click As at Month to change from a date filter to a Pay Run filter.
- Click the PDF or Excel button to download the HRDF monthly contributions report in the format that you need.
