Description:
We've made enhancements to how we handle assigned learning courses to improve completion rates and drive timely course completion with automated reminders.

• Due dates will now display for newly assigned courses, even when the course is still in an 'Assigned' status.
• The system will check daily at 6AM AEST to update and reflect due date information.
• Learners will now receive reminder emails 2 days before the due date for courses with an 'Assigned' status.
• If a course is already past due, no reminder will be sent to avoid unnecessary notifications.

We've introduced security timeout modal to Contractor Profile as part of enhanced session security measures.

• Contractor profile now has a 30-minute sensitive timeout in line with other sensitive screens.
• Viewers will be required to authenticate their sessions if 30 minutes have passed since their last authentication prompt.
• This prepares for future enhancement works to allow syncing profile to Payroll.
